Ella Charles is our first white Cabellut blend named after the youngest daughter of Nico, co-owner at Masia Cabellut. We created an atypical blend, very pure and mineral of a very traditional Spanish variety, Macabeu, together with a famous French grape, Sauvignon blanc.
Macabeu gives this wine a rounder swing and body. The glass shows a pale yellow color with green reflections. Ella Charles has a beautiful nose with scents of white flower, lemon citrus zest, peaches, and a touch of dried apricots. On the mouth, the wine transforms to rose grapefruit with great length and complexity. A unique combination that you need to taste and enjoy.
