Celia Sophie is named after the oldest daughter of Peter, co-owner. It's a red variety blend with the typical Bordeaux wine region grapes.
This wine aged for four months in new French and American oak barrels and has a dark red color. On the nose, you find fruity notes of strawberries and cherries with some spicy notes. On the mouth, a subtle flavor of vanilla and coffee liqueur is also present.
